BOI Scrap Certificate / Scrap Inspection คืออะไร เมื่อบริษัทในประเทศไทยได้รับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนจาก Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) บริษัทจะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีและอากรต่าง ๆ เช่น การยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล และการยกเว้นอากรขาเข้าสำหรับวัตถุดิบหรือชิ้นส่วนที่นำเข้า สำหรับกิจกรรมที่ได้รับการส่งเสริม ภายใต้กฎระเบียบของ BOI สิทธิประโยชน์เหล่านี้จะใช้ได้ เฉพาะกรณีที่วัตถุดิบหรือชิ้นส่วนที่นำเข้าถูกนำไปใช้จริงในกระบวนการผลิต ของโครงการที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมเท่านั้น ดังนั้น หากมีวัตถุดิบบางส่วนที่กลายเป็น เศษวัสดุ (Scrap) ของเสีย (Waste) หรือส่วนสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิต บริษัทจำเป็นต้องมีการ ตรวจสอบและรับรองปริมาณการทำลายหรือการกำจัดอย่างถูกต้อง ซึ่งมักดำเนินการผ่าน การตรวจสอบ Scrap และการออกใบรับรอง (Scrap Certificate) โดยหน่วยงานหรือบริษัทตรวจสอบที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง เพื่อยืนยันว่าเศษวัสดุดังกล่าวได้ถูกทำลายหรือจัดการตามข้อกำหนดของ BOI อย่างถูกต้อง
