Supplier or Factory Audit
A factory audit is most effective at the very beginning before a production site is chosen. Referring to a general framework of International standards (eg. ISO9000) and/or your specifications, our auditors will assess and evaluate the factory for all phases of capability regarding the ability to produce and deliver your products at the required level of quality and in order to uncover problems even before production. Factory audit criteria include quality system and procedure, production capability, capacity and process, incoming raw material verification and storage, workshop areas, machine and testing equipment and technical capability, outgoing quality control, etc. With our detailed factory audit report, you will be able to know if the quality system claimed by the factory is in practice and if the management is committed to constant improvement.
Initial Production Check (IPC)
An initial production check is performed prior to mass production or at the initial stage of production when a very small percentage of products or the first lot samples are ready to be checked for quality, workmanship and measurements. Our inspectors will check product compliance against your specifications and approved samples, make sure that the manufacturing process is correct and help in taking corrective actions in an early stage point of the production cycle to avoid unnecessary, costly product re-work and shipping delays.
