Scope of Non-Formula Loss Inspection Services

Verification and certification of the quantity and destruction of non-formula losses arising from:
• Substandard or expired raw materials
• Production scrap or waste generated during the manufacturing process
• Defective finished goods or components that do not meet quality standards
Monitoring the destruction process to ensure proper handling and disposal
Issuance of an official Certificate of Inspection with supporting photographs and documentation in compliance with BOI regulations, to facilitate tax settlement and inventory deduction
