Our Non-Formula Loss Inspection Services are designed to support manufacturers in achieving regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and tax settlement requirements in accordance with Thailand BOI regulations.
1. Verification of Non-Formula Loss Quantity
We conduct independent verification and certification of non-formula losses arising from manufacturing operations, including:
- Substandard, damaged, or expired raw materials that cannot be used in production
- Production scrap and process waste generated during normal manufacturing activities
- Defective finished goods or components that fail to meet quality, safety, or customer specifications
Each item is physically inspected, identified, and quantified to ensure transparency and traceability.
2. Witnessing and Monitoring of Destruction Process
Our inspectors witness and monitor the destruction or disposal process to confirm that:
- Materials are rendered unusable and non-recoverable
- Destruction methods follow environmental, safety, and legal requirements
- No unauthorized reuse, resale, or diversion occurs
This ensures full compliance with BOI expectations and internal control standards.
3. Documentation and BOI-Compliant Reporting
Upon completion, we issue an official Certificate of Inspection, supported by:
- Detailed inspection records
- Photographic evidence before, during, and after destruction
- Quantity reconciliation aligned with 1:1 BOI reporting requirements
The documentation is prepared to facilitate tax settlement, inventory write-off, and BOI audit readiness, providing manufacturers with confidence and regulatory assurance.
