During Production Quality Inspection
Often occurring after an IPC, a During Production Inspection is used to check whether corrections, given recommendations and revised specifications have been implemented. Our inspectors inspect goods within the manufacturing process when approximately 20-50% of the ordered quantity covering all colors and sizes are ready. We check the quantity of components, production material, semi-finished and finished products, packaging, packs, labels, etc. for any deviations and compare with your specifications. If necessary, we instruct and advise the factory for any further corrections or improvements to be made. We evaluate the production status and ensure a uniform batch quality.
Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection
Generally a “Pre-Shipment Product Quality Inspection” or “Final Random Product Quality Inspection” or “Cargo Product Quality Inspection” is conducted on the premises of the manufacturer and takes place when the product is complete, packed and ready to be shipped. Based on the sampling plan, our inspectors randomly select product samples and make sure that criteria such as quality, quantity, function (by refer to user’s manual), appearance, assortment, color, dimensions, marking, packing, packaging, etc. conform to your specifications and on established reference samples. If there is any testing required, we can manage these requirements through witnessing at the factory’s laboratory according to the clients instructions or through our association with local independent laboratories. The laboratory or test center is chosen based on type of tests, lead time and price. With our Final Random Inspection you will get an exact understanding of your goods and it enables you to accept or reject the shipment even before they have left the production site.
